We cater for all size venues, marquees, village halls and anywhere that needs a bar.
We can provide a range of bars from 5ft to 200ft long and various specialised trailers, we are your one stop shop for all your event and party requirements. Outside Inn Bars are one of a kind! We literally bring the party or event to you.
Outside Inns was founded in 1996 under the name of Blue Ball Outside Inn.
In 2000 the name was changed to Outside Inn Bars and became a limited company.
In the early days it was an effort to find enough equipment for one bar, but over the years we have expanded our stocks and our expertise to enable us to supply bars exceeding 200ft in length and we have also built various fully fitted trailers along with a 30ft artic trailer for the larger events.
We can supply most beers on draught with a selection of coolers to suit as well as bottled products, soft drinks & spirits just as you would have in your local pub.
We prefer to use plastic glasses to conform to health and hygiene regulations as it is not always possible to wash the glasses to the required standards in the field. If we are supplying wine, champagne or entry drinks then glass glasses will be supplied.
The legalities of a mobile bar are the same as if you were in any licensed venue i.e. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 18, it is also illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under 18 and the Think 25 policy is enforced by our staff at all times. Unless a valid form of ID can be produced if requested. There will be no sale. NO ID. NO SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All our staff are trained to the required licensing standards and most of them carry their own personal licences.
Over the years we have put bars in marquees, barns, village halls, gardens the Millennium Dome and some other unusual venues have included swimming pools, dungeons and even the occasional photo shoot.
We have also supplied the marquees, bars and staff for events including Cartier polo at Windsor, The international Kick Boxing Championships, Fashion show after parties in London’s Brick lane, Various Large Hotels and the VW Action Events. As well as producing specialist bars and back bars for many events and venues around the south of England
